Why do we have a Carers Champion?
A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support.
How does caring affect your life?
For many carers, caring can be a positive and rewarding experience but there are many reasons why you made need additional support.
