Here at Elsenham Surgery we are committed to treating all our patients with dignity and respect.
Please bring any special requirements you may have to the attention of the receptionist when registering wuth the practice. We mean to support and assist you from the outset.
We would like to bring to your attention the following services and facilities that disabled patients may find useful:
Partially Sighted Patients:
The Website has been formatted to ensure it is compatible with all screen readers.
Large font practice leaflets or information will be available on request.
We do not currently have a CD version of our practice leaflet but we are trying to develop this.
Guide/Assisting Dogs specifically trained for the purpose are welcome.
Wheelchair Access:
There are no steps or ramps inside or outside the building. All doors are wheelchair accessible.
The front doorbell is available to summon extra help if required and if necessary patients can telephone from outside the Surgery should they require extra assistance.
We have disabled parking with clear access to the front door.
Hearing Loop – Available
Sign Language, International Sign Language, and Interpreter Services available by appointment.
